• The CNSC Masters Summer Training Program will kick off in May with a dry-land training clinic on 5/27 from 2-4 p.m. at the Center.  Bring short poles for hillwork.

 

• There will be a series of additional Masters clinics each month of the summer.  Dates will be announced via e-mail and posted on craftsburynordic.com.

 

• Training Program: Pepa will design a Training Program for CNSC Masters to follow during the dryland season. It will include recommendations for type of training, volume, and intensity. Ranges will be given so that masters of different levels can all take advantage of the program.

 

• In order to participate, you will need to give Pepa some information about your present level of conditioning and current training habits, if you haven’t already.

 

• Cost for Summer Masters Training Program: $20 per clinic or $75 for everything all summer.
